Abstract Dear editor, Secondary inguinal herniation of intraperitoneal content represents a late complication following radical cystectomy. We present a case of an inguinoscrotal hernia with Studer ileal neobladder as a content following post radical cystectomy for bladder cancer 10 years ago. Exploration revealed herniation of Studer ileal neobladder along with few ileal loops. Neobladder in hernial sac was reduced and reinforcement with prolene mesh was done. To our knowledge this is the first case report on neobladder herniation into the scrotum.
